RingCentral Softphone provides quick and easy access to call information and on-call actions. Callers will hear a greeting and be asked to state their name when they dial your number. At the same time, Softphone opens on your computer screen and identifies the incoming call by caller ID, name, telephone number or the caller’s recorded name per your account configuration.
